Where are you based?

We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with operational hubs across Africa. In Equatorial Guinea, we have dedicated sales offices in Malabo (Buena Esperanza II) and Bata (Anusca Bomudi Bata) to serve our regional customers directly.

What makes your products different?

Are your products all-natural?

We prioritize natural and naturally inspired ingredients in all our formulations. While some products may contain minimal, safe synthetic ingredients for stability and efficacy, we always maintain transparency about our ingredient lists.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. AfriPure Essentials is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.

What types of products do you offer?

We offer a range of products including natural personal care items, health-conscious daily essentials, eco-friendly household products, and supplementary wellness products — all developed with African consumers in mind.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on delivery within African markets. We are actively expanding our reach and plan to offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location. Within Nairobi, expect delivery within 1-2 business days. For other regions in Kenya, 3-5 business days. Deliveries to other African countries typically take 5-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
